Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at enhance.oamaru@gmail.com or call us on 03 434 2144. The cost of the return is at your cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
